my favorite album of 2009 was Coconut Record's "Davy." I can listen to it anytime and over and over again, and it just makes me feel good. real fun to sing along to.
and is jason schwartzman not the most adorable thing ever?!?!
other notable albums this year(i'm no expert) Monsters of Folk. i really fell in love with this album from the first listen! and...Avett Brothers, I and Love and You. I just recently heard that one, and it's excellent. lovely, just real good. :-)
